The name of his father is Jeff and mother is Rita Schenn. He has got three siblings among them two are sisters and one is brother. The name of his brother is Brayden and his younger sisters are Macy and Madison. Brayden also plays ice hockey in professional level. In the year 2009, Brayden was selected in the National Hockey League in the entry level. Los Angeles Kings selected this young hockey player.
Luke has finished his graduate level education from the St. Joseph High School which is situated in Saskatoon. His brother also visited the same high school for education purpose. Since childhood Luke and his brother had great attachments with the sport of ice hockey. This particular ice hockey player plays the sport for the Canadian National ice hockey team. Luke has got great honor for the military force of Canada. Schenn is said to be one of the key contributors to honor the military regiment of the Canadian Army from the Toronto Maple Leafs team. Luke Schenn has got a very big heart for his countrymen. He has done many charities in order to raise funds for various good causes. He was quite successful in raising funds for social causes. During the time of the rookie season of Luke’s ice hockey career, he had made a donation of amount $10,000. This donation was made by him to raise fund for starting the Luke’s Troops. This fund was made to allow the Canadian women and servicemen to attend the home games of the particular team as Luke’s own guest. Schenn was once honored in the Armed Forces Night of the team which was an annual event.
Luke Schenn plays the role of the defenseman in the particular hockey team of Toronto Maple Leafs which is a part of the National Hockey League. He gives a very tough competition to the opponent while on the ice hockey court. It is very hard to break away the defense barrier of this particular ice hockey player. Luke Schenn started junior hockey as player in the team of Kelowna Rockets which a team of Western Hockey League.
